Acceptance

By creating an account or using Brackish Books, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Brackish Books is a financial planning and operations platform for farm and harvest businesses. Features may change, and access is provisioned at our discretion.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a real business or cooperative.
• You may not share accounts. Each user needs their own login.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it back to you and to other authorized members of your workspace. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to violate any law or regulation, including environmental, harvest, or labor laws applicable to your operation.
• Don't attempt to compromise the security of the platform or other users' workspaces.
• Don't upload malware or use the service to send spam or abusive content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brackish Books and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. The platform provides planning tools, not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
